Ragnar Relay-Wasatch Back

Well, I ran the Ragnar Relay in June. It was a grueling overnight 12-man relay race that spanned about 180 miles from Logan, Utah to Park City, Utah. We each ran 3 different legs of the race, it took us just under 30 hours to complete. It was hard, it was hot, but it was totally amazing. I loved it, even when I thought I was going to pass out from the heat hitting the pavement. Looking forward to doing this next year. Check out the YouTube video that my sis-in-law Tina put together for it.

HOLY COW ASH, YOU ARE ONE MAJORLY HARD CORE CHICK!!! Seriously, I could never ever, in a million billion years, survive something like that! I'm way too out of shape, weak, and just plain lazy to even consider training for such an event. Huge props to you! YOU TOTALLY ROCK....AND ROLL (of course)!!!
